In our modern world, it is very easy to become disconnected from the earth and each other. We are bombarded by screens and information which pulls our attention outwards and leaves little space for inner reflection. Yoga practice creates a space to feel, to listen in and re-connect with our natural self. Once we are more connected with ourselves we can relate more authentically with others.

Yoga is a process of becoming more intimate with yourself. Taking the time to spend with yourself, as you would with someone you love. Turning towards all that you are with compassion, so that you can embrace wholeheartedly the fullness of your being. Leading us towards naturalness; no pushing no holding back. Letting the notion of perfection repeatedly give way to love. What are we cultivating? Love.

Yoga – A simple, graceful form of yoga which cultivates greater awareness of being. Sequences follow and listen to the natural wisdom of the body moving and finish with a short yoga nidra to give time to digest the practice.

Pregnancy Yoga – Classes specifically for pregnancy offering voice, movement and yoga nidra as a way of connecting with yourself and your growing baby.

Dancing Bubbas – Fun post natal yoga and dance class for Mums and Babies. We start dancing with the baby’s in slings and then babies rest next to Mums whilst we do post natal yoga and then relaxation to finish followed by tea.

Pregnancy Yoga – Wednesdays 9.30-10.45am. Classes are limited to 4 women per class and are pre-book only. Weds 27th March – 17th May (No class 13th or 20th April) £54 for 6 weeks. If you are 37 weeks or more I am very happy for you to pay as you go.

Dancing Bubbas  –  Wednesdays 11am – 12.30 3rd May – 24th May inclusive £36 for 4 sessions. Pre book only.

Friday Morning Yoga Class 9.30-10.30am 6 week block from May 5th – 16th June inclusive (no class on 2nd June). £60 full £54 concessions.

 

ONE TO ONE CLASSES

If you are short on time or want to really hone in on a specific area, 1:1 yoga sessions are ideal. Sessions are 1 hour and can be tailored to suit your needs. As with anything, daily self practice is the best way to truly reap the benefits of a yoga practice. In 1:1 sessions I offer short digestible sequences that you can take away and work on, I often introduce a poem and there is time for questions and discussion around whatever is coming up for you.
