“I took up yoga to try and extend my time as a decent cricketer and a budding golfer by maintaining some physical flexibility. Carly’s sessions surpassed expectations radically increasing my flexibility and also improving strength, balance and general wellbeing – a claim for yoga I had been sceptical of.  The small groups allow Carly’s great expertise to provide individual guidance on technique combining serious work but also offering a fun and friendly environment.
