This form of Hatha Flow Yoga offers a simple, graceful form of movement which acts as an antitdote to our head bound cultural norms.
We spend so much of our time in our heads. Carly’s classes aim to shift the focus down into the body, thereby bringing the energy out of the head and down through the spine into the pelvis, legs and ground. Carly offers an embodied spirtual practice that helps us to reconnect with the root of the body through deep listneing and the innocence of play. The practices engage with the polarities and paradoxes inside of our somatic experience. So that over time, we can begin to hear the body and notice where we can move with more ease, efficiency and connection to the ground via awareness of the whole body moving as one.
